Rozza Hotel Istanbul

The venue exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities. the service was impeccable, with staff always ready to help. the leisure room had various entertainment options and the exclusive room had stunning private facilities. the breakfast was diverse and of outstanding quality. the hotel's location advantages made it easy to explore the city.

The only minor downside was a lack of wall sockets in the room, making it difficult to charge devices. this did not detract from the overall excellent experience at this hotel.

It would be beneficial if certain amenities such as plastic cups and tea bags were provided in the rooms prior to guests' arrival.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was amazing, as it was close to many areas of interest and tourist attractions. We were able to easily walk to the grand bazaar and the beautiful blue mosque. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, and the rooms were in great condition. The staff was helpful and friendly, especially Aslan, were really good to make our stay comfortable. He constantly checked in on us and made sure we had everything we needed. we were really surprised by the hotel facilities and the level of service we received.

The staff at Rozza Hotel were great too ensure our comfort and satisfaction. When we arrived, our room wasn't ready, but they quickly cleaned it and apologized for the inconvenience. The room itself was clean and had a great AC and fast wifi. The location was also convenient, with attractions within walking distance. The breakfast was basic but sufficient.

Convenient kitchen facility for cooking breakfast and dinner. Adjacent to a park near a mosque. Reasonable prices for delicious food in the old town. Daily room service, friendly and helpful staff. Efficient and spacious rooms with essential amenities.

The reception guys were nice. Rooms were a bit small, but beds comfortable. Unlimited coffee and tea. Terrace on the third floor for socializing. Fresh breakfast. Each floor had its own internet router. Najwa, the hotel manager, was always available and helpful. Hotel owner, Mrs Atika, was kind.

All good.

the exclusive amenities in the rooms were perfect for our needs. the staff delivered exceptional service and were always ready to help. We enjoyed the private facilities, which made our stay here very special. the hotel was located in a great area, with plenty of nearby restaurants.

The only minor issue we experienced was with the breakfast. Although it had a decent selection, it lacked the variety and quality we expected from such a high-end hotel.
